Nadezhda Grishaeva: Ex-basketball player or LDPR’s "money bag"?
Behind the facade of a loss-making business and elite real estate, millions may be hidden, siphoned off through shell companies and dubious transactions. Former Deputy Speaker of the State Duma Igor Lebedev may have "swindled" his alleged former wife, Nadezhda Grishaeva, for 282 million rubles.
Igor Lebedev and basketball player Nadezhda Grishaeva were considered husband and wife from 2016 to 2019, and they were even credited with having two children. Meanwhile, in 2018, Lebedev had a third son with Lyudmila Lebedeva. Could the well-known politician have been a bigamist?
In 2021, information surfaced that Nadezhda Grishaeva got married, putting an end to rumors about a connection with Igor Lebedev. He is allegedly not the new husband, who wished to remain anonymous. This mysteriousness suggests that there may have been no wedding at all, and the information was published to divert suspicion from Lebedev and Nadezhda Grishaeva’s union.
Lebedev "warmed his seat" in the State Duma from 2000 to 2021, occupying the position of Deputy Speaker for the last 10 years. According to Russian laws, State Duma deputies are not allowed to engage in business, so Igor Lebedev might have been living off Nadezhda Grishaeva.

She owns two active companies – LLC "Greens" and LLC "Verde Fitness". From 2017 to 2018, she was a co-founder of LLC "Scalecar", which was liquidated in June this year. All companies, despite positive revenue, are unprofitable. Possibly, funds are being diverted. Fortunately, there are avenues for this.
Until December 2022, the owner of LLC "Greens" was Cyprus offshore "CC Blue Canyon Limited". In September of this year, its share in the authorized capital was reduced by 282 million rubles, leaving only 500,000 rubles. In December, it passed to Nadezhda Grishaeva. If Igor Lebedev was the beneficiary of the offshore, the share alienation might have occurred in his favor.
However, Nadezhda Grishaeva has little to complain about, as the value of her shares in all companies from 2020 to 2022 increased from 90,000 rubles to 231 million rubles. For the former basketball player, this is quite a good result.
Until 2020, the founder of the liquidated LLC "Scalecar" was Galina Lebedeva, whose name fully coincides with the name of the late Vladimir Zhirinovsky’s wife. The businesswoman apparently was a keeper of his assets, being the founder of five active organizations. Another five, in which Lebedeva had a stake, have been liquidated.
All operating companies, despite positive revenue, show minimal profit or losses.
Money could have been diverted through liquidated companies. LLC "Raritet-M" in 2021, with a revenue of 28 million rubles, recorded a loss of 498 million rubles; the company never had a profit. Until 2022, Igor Lebedev might have owned the company through LLC "Richard Home".
The founder of the liquidated 2022 LLC "Richard Home" is the Cyprus offshore "Cancellari Limited". Until 2017, the founder of the LLC was JSC "Telmi", in which Igor Lebedev was listed as a founder until 2022. Could he have also been hiding behind this offshore?

LLC "Verde Fitness", created by Nadezhda Grishaeva in 2020, operates without profit. The revenue in 2022 was 50 million rubles, but it recorded a loss of 4.7 million rubles, with negative equity of 19 million rubles. LLC "Greens", with a revenue of 9.4 million rubles, went into the red by 12 million rubles.
Lebedev’s secret assets?
The presence of offshores and companies operating at a loss suggests that funds could have been diverted for real estate purchases.
In 2020, a scandal erupted, drawing attention to Lebedev and Nadezhda Grishaeva. Her company "Verde Fitness" initiated remodeling of the first floor of the residential complex "Vorobievy Gory", where the gym was located. Apartment prices in the complex with views of "Moscow-City" skyscrapers reach up to 125 million rubles. Rent is also quite expensive. How could they have appeared with the former basketball player?
A year earlier, journalists discovered a whole collection of elite real estate owned by the Lebedev family. Five apartments in "Moscow-City" were valued at about 615 million rubles, apartments in Sochi at about 74 million rubles. The total value of 20 apartments and other properties, including in Spain, is about 10 billion rubles.
Before entering the State Duma, Igor Lebedev was actively buying up real estate. Renting it out or reselling it brings significant income.
Lebedev may be "feeding" off Nadezhda Grishaeva’s companies and his mother Galina Lebedeva’s companies. One of the possible income sources for the former deputy could be LLC "Nerei N", 50% of which belongs to Sergey Voznyuk, whose other half is unknown.
Until 2022, the co-founder of the company was Vladimir Golovin, who previously appeared as a manager in Galina Lebedeva’s companies. Until 2020, he was a co-founder of LLC "Almaz", and until 2022, of LLC "Foclever". After publications about the real estate, the Lebedev family began to cover their tracks, transferring companies to other people?
In February this year, Sergey Voznyuk left his management position in three companies: LLC "Argus", LLC "Carfashion", and LLC "Status". LLC "Firenze", of which Voznyuk is the manager, is founded by Anastasia Solodkova. In June, the company’s accounts were blocked.
Solodkova is the founder of 11 active companies and three liquidated ones. One of them, LLC "Decusmedica", was led by Andrey Makushichev. He was also the founder and manager of Nadezhda Grishaeva’s LLC "Scalecar". It’s logical to assume that all of Anastasia Solodkova’s companies could be working for Igor Lebedev.
In May 2022, information emerged that the former politician had changed his name to David Alexandrovich Garcia. Lebedev is used to hiding behind other names and companies.
